Ellen Fredbeck-Ramírez was admitted to the Indiana bar in 2016 and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana.
She handles a variety of legal issues including estate planning with wills and trusts, estate and trust administration, business law, municipal law and family law. Other interests include data security and privacy, immigration, and nonprofit corporation law.
Ellen was born and raised in Franklin, Indiana. She is a graduate of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law where she was a member of the Public Interest Law Foundation and participated in the Nonprofit Legal Clinic.
While in law school, she worked as a law clerk for the Office of the Indiana Attorney General and volunteered for the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic in Indianapolis. She additionally worked for the City of Bloomington’s Legal Department. Ellen completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado. She also spent a semester studying at the Universidad de Sevilla in Seville, Spain.
She is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association,the Johnson County Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
Ellen is fluent in conversational Spanish.
