Eric Fredbeck handles general legal issues, but concentrates on estate and disability planning, estate and trust administration, business law, real estate and land use law.
Born in Evanston, Illinois and raised in Franklin, Indiana, Eric was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1982. He served a year as Assistant Corporation Counsel to the City of Indianapolis, Indiana, and joined the firm co-founded by his father in 1983.
He is a graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree from DePauw University.
He is a member and past director of the Hoosier Hills Estate Planning Council. He is Past President of the Johnson County (Indiana) Bar Association and is a member of the Johnson County Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is a member of the Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association and the Indianapolis Estate Planning Council.
His clients include the Town of Bargersville, Indiana Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals; and he serves as general counsel to the Otterbein Franklin SeniorLife Community in Franklin, Indiana.
Eric is active in his community. He has served as President of United Way of Johnson County Board of Directors and is Past President of the Franklin Rotary Club, where he serves on the Membership Committee.
