Attorney
David L. Yount was admitted to the Indiana bar 2012, and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of Indiana.
He handles a variety of legal issues including estate planning with wills and trusts, estate and trust administration, Medicaid/long-term care planning, real estate matters, business law, municipal law, collection issues, family law and general legal issues.
Currently, David serves as attorney to the Town of Bargersville and Compass Park at Indiana Masonic Home.
David was born in Indianapolis and raised in Franklin Indiana. He is a graduate of the Indiana University Robert H McKinney School of Law and completed his undergraduate degree at Hillsdale College.
He is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Johnson County Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, Elder Counsel and the Hoosier Hills Estate Planning Council. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Franklin, where he has served as President, Vice-President and Community Service Chair.
